How to add sponsor logos to a regatta page
RegattaHub lets you add up to 16 sponsor logos to a regatta, optionally featuring a title sponsor in its own row, so your supporters appear on the public event page alongside your event logo.
Sponsors keep regattas affordable, and they expect visibility in return. RegattaHub lets you put your supporters' logos directly on your public event page — including a featured title sponsor — so the people funding your event are seen by everyone who registers or checks results.
Where to add sponsors
From Regatta Management, open the dashboard for your event and go to Edit Event Details. Scroll to the bottom and you'll find the Sponsors section. Select Add Sponsor and upload a logo.
Featuring a title sponsor
Each sponsor can optionally be featured. A featured sponsor sits in its own row above the others, giving a title sponsor the prominence they're after. For every sponsor you can also add a name and link a website, both optional.
How they appear
- You can add up to 16 sponsors per event.
- Featured sponsors appear in their own row; the rest fill a grid below.
- Sponsors don't show on the admin page — they appear on the public event page, near the bottom.
When you're done, scroll back to the top and Save Changes. Sponsor logos work alongside the separate event logo that's featured at the top of your page, so you can showcase a title sponsor up top and the full roster of supporters below. Open the app to add yours.
