Shorten your entry form

What the video shows

1. From Regatta Management, open your event's dashboard, then Registration form.
2. Open Customize standard fields. Each field has a Show / Hide toggle and a Required checkbox.
3. Hide the boat name and the yacht club, and make the emergency contact optional.
4. Preview as a sailor shows the shorter form, with nothing sailors can't answer.

Good to know

• The setting applies to the whole event. Changes save as you make them.
• Sail number is always shown, but you can untick Required so sailors can leave it blank and you add it later. Entries without one are flagged on the Entries tab.
