• • Entry Form: Choose, for each event, whether every standard detail (such as emergency contact, boat name and sail number) is required, optional or hidden. The entry form on the web and in the iOS app, crew invitations, Edit Entry and Bulk Add all follow your choice

• • Event Details: Fixed an issue where saving Edit Event Details could reset settings that aren’t shown on that page, including regatta-wide throwouts, the penalty basis, race weighting, protest and scoring email recipient lists, and the regatta’s web address. Saving now changes only what you edited. Regattas that were already saved this way may need those settings re-entered; contact support if you need help.

• • Registration: The skipper phone and emergency contact phone fields now accept international numbers that start with a country code, such as +44 7911 123456. US numbers still format automatically as (555) 123-4567, and the form shows an international example

Bug Fixes

• • Regatta Dates: Fixed an issue where a regatta’s dates could show one day early on the public regatta page for anyone viewing from a time zone west of the event (for example, an event on October 3 appearing as October 2). Dates now always display in the regatta’s own time zone, including in search-result titles and descriptions

New Features

• • Entry Fees: A new “Collected by the organizer” option: sailors see the entry fee and what they owe, get your payment instructions after they enter and in their confirmation email, and are never asked for a card. Choose when they pay (before the event or at check-in) and whether entries are confirmed straight away or once you have been paid
• • Payments: The Entries tab shows what each boat owes and has paid, with an Unpaid filter; record bank transfers and cash with Mark as paid, and RegattaHub notes who recorded it and when
• • Registration Form Builder: Available to every organizer. Group questions into sections, ask them once per boat, of the skipper or of each sailor, show follow-up questions only when they apply, and keep sensitive answers to the race committee

Improvements

• • Scoring Warnings: A race can no longer be published with a result that can’t be scored properly, such as a finisher with no rating or a missing race distance. RegattaHub says which boat and why, and keeps your results as a draft
• • Class Editor: On the Circles & Fleets tab, “Scoring Method” is now “Rating system” (with RYA Portsmouth and IRC), discard inputs read “First discard after … races, then 1 more every … races”, and each class can set a minimum number of races to qualify. The class form on Edit Event Details is unchanged
• • Discards: Regattas that used the old regatta-wide throwouts setting or a class drop percentage were converted to the same discards on each class, so standings did not change

• • Entries: Sail numbers in the public entries list now sort in correct numeric order (e.g. 1, 2, 16, 29, 130) instead of being ordered as text (1, 16, 130, 2, 29)
• • Fleet Search Listings: Most fleet pages were missing from the sitewide fleet listing that search engines use to discover pages, so only a small fraction of fleets could be found on Google. All fleet pages are now included and discoverable.
